Smarteq was founded in 1996 from a merger of Allgon Applications and Carant AB in 1996. The company can therefore look back on more than 70 years of experience in the development of wireless antenna solutions.

With its background and experience in the automotive industry, Smarteq can provide appropriate logistics processes for large volumes and relevant certifications - such as IATF 16949 and ISO 14001.

For special customer requirements, we can quickly customize our existing antennas with different cables, connectors and installation configurations. We also offer fully customized solutions and deliver complete development projects - from initial concept study, product design, prototyping and testing to series production and volume delivery
Smarteq also owns the trademark rights to former Kathrein antennas (production and distribution).

We cover the following frequency ranges: CB/VHF/UHF/FM via Tetra up to 2G/3G/5G and even 7000MHz

Most of our antennas can be used both indoors and outdoors, as well as mounted on different materials, as they have a high IP protection and are independent of the base plate.
We are targeting the energy and IoT (M2M) markets.
